By downloading or using Paint Again (the “App”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control. Apps obtained through the Mac App Store are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, these terms prevail to the extent Apple permits.

Your content

Everything you create or edit with the App belongs to you. The App does not access, transmit or claim any rights in your content.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not resell, rent or redistribute the App or any part of it.
• Do not use the App for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep backups of files that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hao-Cher Hong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App.

Changes

We may update these terms; when we do, we update this page and the date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
