Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-07
Paint Again (the “App”) is a drawing application that runs locally on your Mac. This policy explains how the App handles data. In short: the App collects no data.
Data we do not collect
- The App requires no account and has no sign-in.
- The App never sends your images, drawings or files to our servers or to any third party.
- The App contains no analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking technology.
- The App does not initiate network connections.
Data processed on your device
- Images you open, edit and save exist only where you choose to store them.
- “Remove background” uses the image recognition built into macOS and runs on your device; nothing leaves your computer.
- “Set as desktop picture” stores a copy of the image in the macOS Application Support folder so the system can display it.
- “Share” hands the image to the app or service you pick in the macOS share sheet; that service’s privacy policy governs what happens next.
App Store
When you download the App from the Mac App Store, Apple may process data related to the download and updates under its own privacy policy. We receive no information from Apple that identifies you.
Children
The App collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
